I Am Gonna Punch The Next Person That Says “Merry Xmas” To Me
It is well documented that I am Australia’s Biggest Grinch (refer last year’s FB rant) however it appears I have been given what I deserve this xmas eve.
Here is a recap of my day:
I went into the RAH at 8am only to have Dad ‘outta control’ all morning and I was unable to go to work till noon.
My son Zak then rings me to tell me our $800 Go-Pro was dropped and is now not working. (was required for our xmas day)
Zak searches the net and gives me the details of 4 city stores that have the replacement parts in stock on their website – I went to all 4 and all 4 outta stock!
Our entire work computer system and phone system was down all day which impacted on our emails/communications and required a tech for several hours and a brand new $600 router which is replacing the other new one I put in 2 months ago.
I then walked in the house after a really hard day to drop my brand new unopened bottle of Jim Beam (gift) straight onto our freshly sealed slate floor.
Yeah..so Merry bloody Xmas!….and we haven’t even got there yet!
